Jill works as a CranioSacral Therapist (CST) certified with The Upledger Institute as both a practitioner and presenter for the past 25 years. She received advanced training at the Upledger Institute, from Dr. John Upledger. Jill has devoted herself to a full time health care practice treating newborn to adult clients. CST is a gentle hands-on whole body method of releasing restrictions to assist the body to self-correct.
Jill’s most gratifying experience is seeing the benefits of CST and educate clients in keeping with the inherent functions to re-balance the body naturally.
